Well look no further than our brand new Apple iPad app – “How to start a cheesemaking business in Eastern Ontario.”  This new app guides you through the cheese making process and the important steps involved. It contains all the information from what animal milk to choose and the pros and cons for each choice. 

The app takes you on a virtual tour of a cheese making operation, showcases videos of entrepreneurs telling you their story and outlines a number of assets and benefits of locating your cheese making operation in Eastern Ontario.

The app is free to download and enjoy on your iPad.  But for those not owning one just yet, you can contact us and request a PDF version be emailed to you.  However, if you would like to see a demonstration of the app and talk to one of our Ambassadors in person, then please plan to attend the Great Canadian Cheese Festival on Sunday, June 5th.  We’ll be at the Crystal Palace for the Cheese Fair & Artisan Cheese Market.  Look for our display table there!
