Well, not exactly, but registration has opened for The International Goat Symposium at the Rotary Complex in Stratford, Ontario, August 10th to 12th.
A wide range of speakers have been confirmed to help inspire and educate the goat meat, milk, and fibre sectors, including keynote speaker Mr. Tony Dutra, President of Woolwich Dairy- Canada’s largest processor of goat cheese.
Highlights include a Caribbean themed Ontario Goat Dinner Buffet, a spouse’s Tour of Monforte Dairy with Ruth Klahsen, and more.
It is an exciting time to be involved in the Ontario goat industry and the IGS is a good opportunity to take advantage of this emerging industry.
