Assistant Cheese Maker ~ This is a full time, year round position.  Hours are Tues-Saturday or at times, Sunday-Thursday.  This progressive position is ideal for anyone aspiring to learn how to make artisan cheese from the ground up.  The position involves assisting our cheese making and affineur staff in the process of making and aging artisan goat and sheep milk cheeses.  Be warned. Cheese making is not a romantic job. A lot of hard, heads down work involved but a lot of fun too. This is also a progressive position. FT Retail Store/Jr. Supervisor- This is a JUNE-OCT 31st entry level position but could translate into longer term depending on business volume and success of candidate in that position.  Initially, The successful candidate will run the retail store and supervisor student staff from Sun-Tue from 9am-7pm.  Additional hours are available if desired.  Ideal for someone looking to learn about local foods, artisan cheeses and for someone looking to experience living in the County for a time!  If interested, please contact Fifth Town.  Hourly wage plus benefits.
