Fifth Town Wine and Cheese Pairings

AUGUST - SEPT 4, 2010 - PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY

Saturdays, through September 4th, Fifth Town offers Tutored County Wine and Cheese Pairing (1pm and 3pm seatings).

Participants will have the opportunity to sample 4-5 Prince Edward County Wines expertly paired with 5 Fifth Town Cheeses. The sessions are led by Master Sommelier, Chef, Sommelier Training Instructor, and Restauranteur Andrew Laliberte (who has had a 35 year history in wine and restaurant business including serving as Maitre d’ at the King Edward Hotel, and Sommerlier at many fine Toronto restaurants).

Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cost is $12/pp. There is room for approximately 20 people per session. Call ahead and make a reservation or your seat cannot be guaranteed. 613-476-5755.
