Ever tried making cheese in your condo?
If you’re one of the cheese making curious at Taste, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how.
Roll up your sleeves and join the Fifth Town cheese making team (Stephanie, Laura and Petra) for a demonstration on how to make Chevre or low fat cream cheese at home using store bought milk.
During this session you will learn about the steps involved in making simple cheeses; and how to choose cultures and rennet. Participants will receive a small cheese making starter kit including rennet tablet and culture pack plus instructions on how to make cheese at home, compliments of the Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Dairy.
11:30 am Cooking Demonstration Building HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE CHEESES IN YOUR DOWNTOWN CONDO!
